The wait was short and the appointment was fast, but almost too fast. I felt like she was rushed and wanted to get me in and out of there as fast as possible. Although she listened to me I felt like she didn't really believe me or care. It also didn't feel like a "wellness check" besides the two concerns that I brought up myself (one of which she forgot about by the end of the 15 minute appointment and I had to remind her) the only checking she did was take my blood pressure and listen to my heartbeat/lungs. Maybe I've just had very thorough doctors in the past but I just expected a bit more than that. Not an awful experience, but I am surprised that she has such glowing reviews.
The front office was the first impression. The receptionist of the multidoctor office at the door was very pleasant and she routed me to Dr. Vaze's office in a caring way. Courtney at Dr. Vaze's office treated me with much respect and helped me realize an issue with my health insurance card that I have been carrying for years. We called Aetna and had it corrected on the spot. She was very knowledgeable on the forms and was coaching a new employee while working with me. Dr. Vaze was very welcoming and she asked many questions that made me rethink things that were going on with me. She seemed more like a health partner to guide me while also treating me.

The office was in a strange location and I didn't know if I was at the right place for 10 minutes after going inside. The doctor was fine, but it was rather quick and I was left with questions that the doctor didn't seem to have the time to really answer in full detail. The only thing is that my appt was in the afternoon (4pm) so maybe the staff were getting ready to leave but I didn't feel like it was worth it after all the time I spent scheduling this appt and getting there... only for a quick run-down of what I'm experiencing lately. I had specific questions/concerns and only a couple were answered. Then I was directed to get lab results done with no follow-up appointment to be scheduled.
I haven’t been to the doctor in a very long time and Dr Vaze was very kind, took time explaining things I had questions about. Front office staff were very sweet too :)

Dr. Vaze is the epitome of professionalism. She not only provides the best care, she also engages the patient and asks about how you're are and what has been going on in your life as well as asking about any health concerns. She doesn't make the patient feel like they are insignificant or treat the patient like a "transaction" as some doctors seem to do anymore and recommends tests and care as they need to be done. She's also a very kind person. Highly recommend!

I went for annual health check up. Doctor ordered lab work. My lab results came more than a week ago, but still doctor didn’t call or notify how the results are and what I have to do for health maintenance. I checked the results on their patient portal. Some my lab results are over the range. It’s strange that the doctor didn’t make any communication with me. Before I made appointment, I saw reviews, they were good. So, I’m wondering whether reviews are not accurate or only with my case.
