Wouldn’t recommend. The front desk ladies were very unfriendly, the doctor was nice and great, but the office is dirty and it’s been impossible to get them back on the phone to find out my results.
Went in for a routine pap smear and Dr. Gelen de Rosario was super sweet, chatted with me the whole time and barely felt a thing because she was so fast! The nurses had a great energy as well. I’m always psych myself out before a pap test and she was great, i’ve already recommended her to a few of my friends. Don’t let the outdated building fool you!! The quality of my appointment was excellent.

Yes Dr. Rosario was a great listener and very caring. I love her and her nurse assistants were amazing. The front desk receptionist could have smiled and been more friendly. Maybe she was tired but even when calling the same receptionist answered the phone who I saw prior (I recognized her voice) she could have attempted to sound warm instead of dry and as if I was an inconvenience when answering the phone.
Dr. Del was very kind, efficient, and clear communicator. Office staff was pleasant. Didn’t wait long at all, maybe 10minutes or so to go back, then after was undressed for pap, dr was in in <5 min. Do recommend!

Just like my first appointment My second appointment at this facility and the service was extremely bad. I had to reschedule my bloodwork appointment and so when I came in for my second appointment this is what happened. While I was waiting a man in street clothes came into my room looking for something. Didn't explain who he was and grabbed a cd went to the ultrasound machine and turned it on. He left the room and I could see patients names and how many ultrasound pictures they've taken. He came back in five minutes later and stayed in for a few more minutes then left. He never told me who he was or what he was doing I felt so uncomfortable and disgusted. As soon as the Doctor came in she told me I had to get my bloodwork done somewhere else before she saw me after waiting for a half an hour. She said her staff gave me the paper work and they never did. I explained that to her and she still told me I was wrong. She laid me down to do the ultrasound anyway and she went to talk to the staff to schedule another appointment. When she came back in she told me that it was her staffs fault which I already knew and then she provided me with the proper paperwork that I never received the first time.
Everything was great! She got held up with another patient so I had a longer wait than usual. But I had them appolagize and come and let me know. Very nice staff and the doctor really puts you at ease!
I feel so confident in my care at Dr. Rosario's office. She is so nice and so easy to talk to. I just feel comfortable with her and I don't need to worry about either mine or my baby's care.

The office was grimy. She was using a dirty outdated ultrasound machine. Barely seemed capable of doing ultrasounds, she asked if I had gotten a positive pregnancy test. I was 6 weeks along and had already been to the ER. Pregnancy confirmed and all. Her office staff is barely competent, they apparently are allowed to bring babies to work. She also tries to push some prenatal through some company on you. Probably throwing her some extra coins. Seek actual "CARE" elsewhere.

Dr Del Rosario was very nice, she made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me. She listened to my concerns and placed in the necessary labs or other ancillary services. I would def recommend this office and Dr to anyone looking for an outstanding OB/GYN. Also, the MA I had was also great, she was friendly, she made sure I was doing ok, while I was waiting in the room for Dr Del Rosario.
