As I walked into the building I felt very welcomed and comfortable. The receptionist knew my name as she checked me in. After a few minutes a dental hygienist brought me back to the room where the Dr. would perform my exam. My Dr. was kind and genuine when describing the three different procedures she could perform but had a priority procedure which would be best for me in the long run. I left feeling heard and cared for and felt a sense of relieve that my appointment went so well. Thank You Mike B.
