Up until my appointment, I had never been to a psychiatrist for anything, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Dr. Umoette was very polite. She was actually in the video call before my scheduled time (I had a 2:30 PM appointment and she was in at 2:28 roughly). She listened to my concerns about why I wanted the appointment, and we were able to come to a diagnosis. Couldn’t have been happier to finally have some sort of answers. Best decision I’ve ever made.
