I appreciate how quick and efficient Dr. Roman was during our visit. I am not a big fan of dental visits, so I was glad that my cleaning was quick but thorough. Dr. Roman was also great with explaining the procedure and follow-up visit.

I was not happy with the quick fix l received today. How can teeth be cleaned in that short space if time, 2 minutes to be exact. I had to ask for a tooth pick to remove food remains from my gums on my way out.

I ended up with Dr Cathy i believe her name was. I wanted to make that distinction because my stellar rating is based on her stellar personality and professionalism. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 15 years so was super anxious and embarrassed but she quickly out me at ease and was never judgmental as i know other dentists have a reputation for being. I had to have a tooth pulled and she guided me through the entire process and stopped many times just to ensure that i was ok and comfortable. Amazing experience!!!

I visited the office today for tooth pain. I needed my tooth extracted & Dr Katie, Lana & Mahiya were so understanding, patient & worked with me every step. They are an outstanding part of this practice! Dr Katie explained every part of the procedure & made my comfort a priority throughout the process. I am already feeling better. Incredibly friendly staff, but provider didn’t have the best bedside manner. Appt was incredibly rushed, not thorough, and he was constantly on the phone.

Hi. As soon as I walked in I was recognized by the receptionist, super nice person and made me feel welcomed, not even ten minutes later I was asked to come in. Assistant Kimberly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, she was informative on everything I needed to know and very caring as well. Dr. Roman was very professional, kind, I can tell he cares about his patients and I felt very at ease with him and his team. Highly recommend, specially for those of us that are afraid of the dentist and/or embarrassed. Thank you.

I was a little confused finding the entrance though I could see the sign for the office easily from the street. You have to enter the gated area, the office is in the first building on the right. My appointment went well, however, I think it would be better if patients are asked to go to the front desk to handle payment before treatment even begins so that they can better review what they are being charged for.

PAIN FREE & FAST ROOT CANAL ?????? This place is Clean, professional and friendly and very informative. The procedure was explained using pictures and videos for better understanding and they were able to save my tooth as opposed to an implant. The Best Part Is... They are open on SUNDAYS ??

The only problem was the fact the in the app it said he is in network with my insurance, but when I got there they told me he is out of network provider so We spend more money than we expected

I made an emergency appointment with Dr. Boruchov on a Sunday morning, and had a very positive experience. He was honest with me about the complicated root canal I needed (which required a specialist), he numbed my tooth for a few hours of relief until the next day when I had an appointment with an Endodontist, and showed compassion when I explained the level of pain that I was in. He also gave me good advice on the timing of the antibiotics I was prescribed for my abscess. I plan on coming back to this practice for my general dental needs.

Dr. Roman CARES about his patients' dental health. He's always given me his honest opinion rather than persuading me to do something that's not necessary. This quality is something I haven't seen in a lot healthcare providers. He's been my dentist for 2 years but I'll be moving to a different state next month. I'm pretty sure I'll be flying to New York for dental work from Dr. Roman. He's that skilled in his field. Thank you Dr. Roman for keeping my dental health the best it's ever been!

I was happy to find a dentist open on Sunday. I thought he had great bedside manners and I felt very comfortable. I am very picky with doctors and bedside manners mean a lot to me so I was glad that he was very kind. He was also very knowledgeable and showed me exactly where I had cavities and explained what needed to be done.

ad two side by side botched fillings which came out while flossing last night. Dr. Boruchov saw me on a Sunday afternoon and fixed everything literally back to how it was before I went to a bad dentist. I was amazed! I was very nervous at first since I've never had a filling fall out like that and take my oral health and teeth quite seriously. It was very evident that he knows his stuff! Dr. Boruchov was friendly, professional, experienced, and the prices here I'm sure you can't find anywhere in NYC!
