I was extremely unhappy with this visit from the moment I walked in. The office was absolutely filthy, and nobody seemed to look very professional, except for maybe the Doctor Who did not know my name and call me somebody else’s name when I signed up for my appointment I had specifically signed up for a cleaning and to get a chipped tooth fixed when I got there I got full x-rays and then I received a quote in a treatment plan and never received a cleaning or my tooth fixed at checkout. I asked the girl about the chip tooth being fixed. She’s like which tooth is it and I showed her she’s like well. Which number is it she wanted me to know the number of the tooth that I needed fixed. I said I don’t know. I don’t work here. That’s something you would know she’s like I don’t know I’m not a doctor. Honestly, I left with a quote for work that for my mouth and nothing had been done not even a time offered to schedule basic cleaning. I was furious. I would not recommend this practice.

Dr. Lo was very informative, polite and considerate. I enjoyed speaking with him very much. He gave me a treatment plan with treatment options. My exrays were comfortable and the staff was accommodating, polite and professional. I liked her! The receptionist was thorough, and pleasantly polite.

The staff is excellent! Every person I interacted with was friendly, from the receptionist to the person who did my X-rays to the Doctor himself. Would absolutely recommend and will be going here for all my future needs.

After waiting for 30 minutes I wasn't even seen because I didn't sign a consent form for surgical procedures. I was just hoping to get a cleaning/checkup done. I'll never get those two hours of my life back.
