I work to help patients achieve fulfillment in their personal and professional lives. Although my primary approach is psychoanalytic, I have also been trained in a variety of other treatments to help patients address a range of issues, from depression and anxiety, to relationship problems and trauma.
In addition to helping you solve the immediate problems that bring you to treatment, our work will help you develop a better understanding of yourself to bring about lasting emotional and behavioral change. Dr. Kingsley is a professional who helped me work through personal issues by guiding and probing our conversations. He seemed to take me on a journey of self exploration vs. providing tools to help me through my situation. Would definitely recommend him to friends.
