they called to confirm; after discussing my needs, we agreed on a first visit with the Nurse Practicioner since I wasn't too sure who I needed. This worked out wonderfully well. I have an appt for tests later.

I had a wonderful experience with the Dr. He was very attentive and thorough. My only issue was with the check in. I took the time to complete all of my paperwork prior to my appointment and had uploaded my ID and insurance cards which was accepted and confirmed but when I go there, I had to complete it again. Apparently, there is a glitch in the system. Other than that, it was a great experience.

The doctor approached the appointment with the heart of a teacher. He showed me what he saw on the Xray and pointed to the details. He asked me to do some range of motion exercises to determine how well I moved. He asked questions that demonstrated he read my paperwork so I wasn't repeating things I already wrote down. He listened well and gave me the impression he wasn't in a hurry to get through the conversation.
