This was the first time I used this service for urgent care. They have appointments available within an hour. I was able to handle this appointment while I was at my 10 mins break at work. I didn't have to take time off. By the time I got off from work, the medications were ready for pickup. I will diffanally use this service again. Recommend 100%

This was my first time using ZocDoc to find a doctor and I am so happy that I did. The office called me beforehand to make sure I got the forms (in contrast, I had scheduled with another provider earlier that morning who canceled my appointment because I didn’t respond to an email while I was in pain and in bed).
Dr. G. Singh was extremely compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable. Earlier today, I was literally crying from pain and now I’m feeling so much better thanks to the doctor’s prescribed medications. So grateful for this doctor and clinic.

The provider failed to submit the prescription that was prescribed. After the appointment, no one answered the phone through multiple attempts to follow up. I even went to the physical location to get them to send the prescription to the pharmacy. The ‘open’ sign was illuminated and it was during the posted office hours. However, the door was locked and no one answered my knocking. Days later and I still can’t get the medicine.

The provider never saw me. I waited for more than 20 mins for my appt. The assistant to the NP called and assured me that my meds would be sent to the pharmacy but they never sent it. Terribly unprofessional and money seeking urgent care. I would not recommend booking an appointment here!

The lady I spoke to was warm, kind, and everything I could hope for from a doctor experience. She listened to what I was experiencing and responded without the type of extraordinary mistrustful scrutiny that’s unfortunately common nowadays when you share your symptoms. loved how swiftly she helped get me antibiotic eye drops.

Although I had to wait 40ish minutes before my doctor came to my appointment, I did eventually receive a call that told me the delay was some issue with my insurance and also bc I needed to pay a copay. Once that was sorted out the wait was short and the doctor I spoke with was very nice.

Extremely, extremely poor. I had my annual physical exam here, which should be fully covered by insurance. However, three weeks later, I received a bill for the lab tests. After several phone calls, I discovered that the doctor's office had not provided my insurance information to the lab, resulting in all the bills being sent to me! Even more frightening is that, in the past, I would get lab test results within 1-2 days after the physical exam, but now, it's been three weeks and I haven't received any lab result report. They keep saying it's in processing. This is simply terrible!!!!
