Gina was absolutely stellar!
What I appreciated is that Gina is the only person I am talking to directly. I didn’t have to go through an office or chat bots. She was quick to respond and informative from the start.
Upon my initial appointment, she was on time and thorough regarding the assessment. She listened, asked questions, and was sensitive to any outlying concern concerns.
I contacted 14 providers during my 2 week search. It took time, but I am very happy that I came across Gina. She’s worked in the medical field for over two decades and it’s apparent that she understands medicinal properties as well as how to connect with clients in a professional and personable manner.
Anyone who has attempted booking a psychiatric appointment with a new provider knows how much of a pain it is. Especially trying to connect with someone regarding an appointment or follow-through.
