Dr. Girgis is an attentive listener who cares about my state of mind. He wants to provide healing for me. He recommended services and provided the names of other facilities that will help me, and he set up a follow-up appointment two weeks from today to see the progress I'll be making.

A student dr came in and asked me routine questions and listened to my heart and lungs. She was very nice! When Dr. Girgis came in, she basically asked me if I had any concerns, I told her my concerns and she recommended we run bloodwork. She left and they took me to a weird room in the back where a girl in a t-shirt and leggings who was quite rude and not very friendly drew my blood. I was told I had to come back in 2 weeks to get my results back. When I came back, the Dr discussed medication. It was sent to the pharmacy but then need a prior authorization. It’s been a month! Everytime I call for an update, I have to call 5-10 times and SOMETIMES I get someone to pickup. If I do get someone on the phone, they will put me on hold until they close. The one time I got someone on the phone, I kindly asked for guidance on my next steps to get my meds, and they told me they couldn’t help me because patients were in the office..and they would call me back later. Surprise! They never did.
