This Doctor/ Nurse Practitioner , was friendly, professional, well spoken and very knowledgeable. I am so happy that I made the appointment with her, it was such a Blessing taking to her and despite me being delayed to the appointment, she still took her time and was genuinely interested in my holistic wellbeing. It was so refreshing to have this doctor not just look at what was going on in my head but also knowledgeable and factor in how other medical / physical diagnosis and stage of life one is in ( I. E menopause ) also affects once mental health. She was also as mentioned very well spoken , very professional but yet so down to earth. This doctor is Topflight, 5 Stars Easy and earns the Golden Seal of Customer ( Patient) care. Thank you Doctor / Nurse Practitioner for seeing me.

I was looking for a new psych for medication management and Patricia was easy to book for a next-day appointment. She took a thorough patient history, did assessments, and didn't try to change my stable medication routine, which I appreciated. Dr. Smith is the absolute best! My initial appointment was virtual, followed-up by in person. She was very thorough in explaining my lab work and her genuine concern to identify the root cause of my situation was quite welcoming. Unlike many other doctors, she didn't rush through the appointment but took her time to ask questions. She is a remarkable, personable, and down-to-earth doctor who is not afraid to show her human nature. A true doctor who appears to have a sincere passion for her patients and profession. I am glad to have found her and am glad to say she is my primary physician.

I was put near ex window were a unknown guy put leaves in the window to do things to me while I was talking to doctor things was put in place before I got there for other ppl to get my paperwork from my visit I didn’t appreciate that this happened to me but I will be more aware of things upon next appointment this not first doctors office the girl at quest did same thing theses ppl is mess with my rights of privacy

I book a new patient appt for the 16th, they cancel on me last minute and move it to the 30th, then cancel again last minute (the morning of the appointment) but say that the appointment will still be held virtually.
I then show up early to the virtual appointment, I’m in the call for 40 minutes waiting for my provider before it finally automatically ended.
After the no-show to the appointment, no contact.
All I needed was a new provider to fill prescriptions after moving here ASAP, but now I’m gonna be out of multiple meds bc these people don’t want to respect my time.
Don’t bother with this Dr or glacier health in general, they won’t respect your time.

Arrived 20 minutes prior to my first appointment only to find that the office was closed for the day. I was not contacted about this at all except for the constant reminder text messages/emails about my appointment time and location.

I had an amazing experience! I can’t begin to explain how alleviated I was to speak with a practitioner that actually listened to my concerns and immediately jumped in with a plan of action.
The staff were very welcoming and the environment was very professional.
