I have been seeing Dr. Palacio consistently for a few years now... She is the kindest and most gentle dentist that I've ever had! Before I found her, I used to dread dentist appointments... I now look forward to my visits with her and my teeth and gums are the healthiest they have ever been. I've since moved and I drive 90 minutes each way a few times a year because Dr. Palacio is THAT awesome! She is simply the best and I am so grateful to be under her care.

This was my first appointment and I was very pleased. Dr. Palacio is very knowledgeable. It’s a rare occurrence for a dentist to not only take X-rays but photos as well—she then explains what she is seeing on both the X-rays and photos and then talks about what next steps could be. I went in for a cleaning but she was able to do a filling in the same appointment so I wouldn’t have to come back. She takes her time and I’m happy to go back!

Dr. Palacio was incredibly communicative throughout my entire visit, from explaining the dental procedures in detail to breaking down the billing process. She took the time to walk me through every step, ensuring I understood why each procedure was necessary. During the procedure, she constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. When it came to payment, there were no hidden surprises—everything was transparent and upfront. I truly valued her honesty, professionalism, and care for her patients!
