Money hungry. Did a bunch of unnecessary test just to get money. Their equipment were old and rusty and I did not want to put the xray pieces in my mouth. Doesn't look like they sanitized anything. Very worrisome with covid going around. I did like that they ask you to wash your hands before going in and they take your temperature

I waited more than 4 hours and it was all part of a marketing attempt to force me to get as many treatments possible before year end dental benefits would end. I had a procedure done that I did not approve and have not yet recovered from. They have a friendly approach but they cannot be trusted as far a intentions and skills.

As read I read before Dr Woo is the orthodontist and does not perform regular dentistry. Dr Shah examined my teeth and hygienists did a deep cleaning. Everyone was great, very nice, very patient especially because there was a little confusion in the beginning. My son who is 9 was seen and had his cleaning as well. We are going back for a couple of fillings for him, I'll write more about that. But so far he was very happy too!

Kavi Shah, DMD was awesome. He comunicated everything he saw on scans in an easy to understand but thorough manner, walked you through what he would do, how to go about certain things, and always gave the price of a procedure before doing it. There was no pressure or rush to get a service done, the option was always up to me. My visit did take almost 5 hours from when I entered the building until when I left, but I had several procedures done. The parking in the back is also a plus but it is TIGHT so definitely be careful! His wife (wonderful lady!!) is also a dentist and helped clean my teeth and such. Overall, everybody in the office was patient, polite, friendly, and very competent. Would definitely go back!

Dr. Shah and his entire team were amazing from beginning to end. At 45 years old, this is the first time that I received a thorough explanation of what I was dealing with and given a sensible plan of action to correct my dental issues. Dr. Shah was not pushy like other dentist to get my money. He truly made my experience outstanding. I've only been there once and will be going back for a deep cleaning in a day. In addition, the visit was so great that I already recommended someone else to try them out. I'm sure that I've finally found MY dentist!
