Money hungry. Did a bunch of unnecessary test just to get money. Their equipment were old and rusty and I did not want to put the xray pieces in my mouth. Doesn't look like they sanitized anything. Very worrisome with covid going around. I did like that they ask you to wash your hands before going in and they take your temperature

Professional, sensitive and very knowledgeable of the service they provide to you.
The provider was very assuring and empathetic. All other staff assistants were also professional!
The environment was friendly, clean and I cannot say enough about the exellent service I received there; what is really important to me is that I feel some degree of trust in the provider treating me. From beginning to end, (my visit was a unique and long one) I continued to feel I was with a very high level of competent staff; I fully trusted the doctor with giving me the best care.
They were also very patient with my fears and walked me through the entire procedure.

Dr. Shah provided great service. He explained to me how to better brush my teeth and take better care of them. He spoke to me in a calm manner and I would recommend him to anyone who would like to see a dentist.

It's a terrible office. I went on an emergency visit because I had a popcorn kernel stuck in my gum. They saw the kernel without even taking x-rays. However, they told me that instead they want to give me a full dental cleaning. They knew that I'm on an emergency visit and they knew a full cleaning will not be covered. The "treatment manager" forced me to take x-rays (and said the insurance company will pay for it) but refused to take the little kernel out. I went home with pain and swollen gums and they refused to help. Instead they said I have to pay out of pocket for a full cleaning. I didn't go there for a full cleaning, just that popcorn kernel.

Comprehensive, comfortable, top-quality care. I honestly did not know that going to the dentist could be this pleasant. A team of dentists (you get a whole team?) cross-consulted during my visit to make a solid plan for my treatment. Dr. Shah has decade of experience and the younger dentists knew all the cutting edge stuff (they have 3-d x-ray machine that makes digital model of your entire skull!) so I felt like I was benefitting from multiple approaches. They gave me several options, made me feel incredibly comfortable, didn't pressure me, and made the whole experience painless. Highly recommend.

Just have to say this dental office is amazing. I am terrified of dentists, literally terrified and hadn't gone to one in 5 years!!! I needed to get my teeth checked and cleaned badly (some swelling and gum bleeding plus yucky cement residue left over from a terrible orthodontist job). I couldn't bare the thought of visiting a dentist until I started having some discomfort effecting even my sinuses. I finally got the courage, chose this office based on reviews and couldn't be happier! I immediately let them know how embarrassed I was of my situation and scared I was as well. They were soooo understanding and made me feel comfortable and reassured me they wouldn't make me feel bad or uncomfortable. Definitely Now I am having some appointments to correct issues I have and am no longer scared! Staff is super friendly and welcoming! Definitely recommend them!

Everyone here, from the doctors to the office staff are exceptional! I cannot praise them enough. I have been going to this office since my first visit (12/17/14), and am not quite done. Have had a few caps made, and am in the process of finishing up on two implants/caps. Dr. Haresh Shah, his son Dr. Kavi Shah, and Dr. David Heering are all wonderful. I'm only disappointed that I'm moving out of state soon and probably won't be able to continue going to this wonderful dental practice.

This was my first visit with Dr. Shah. I will admit I was alittle worried at first because it's an old building, but I walked in and was greeted right away by a lovely woman who took my information. I submitted my paperwork online which made registration seamless. I was called within minutes for X-rays. The technican was very nice and worked quickly. Dr. Shah was a delight and he was very thorough. His hygienist, Allegra, was excellent. Fantastic bedside manner and very thorough. I was nervous, but she put my mind at ease Allegra was able to treat me with minimal discomfort. I would recommend Dr. Shah.

I just came from visiting this office for the first time. They saw me right away, were very kind and sweet to me (I told them I'm deathly afraid of needles) and explained everything to me as we went along. I will be back to have my wisdom teeth extracted. And I received my first cleaning today- it was great and will be back in 6 months to have another done.

I visited Dr. Shah for a tooth extraction. I was quite nervous as I haven't had a dental procedure like this in many years. Dr. Shah's bedside manner was impeccable and he took the time to talk to me and put me at ease.
And as for his technique, it's excellent. I didn't feel anything and the extraction was done before I even knew it.
Dr. Shah also gave some great advice on tooth care which I now use every day. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Shah especially.
