By far the weirdest dental experience I have ever had. This was my first appointment at this practice, I will not be back. The one positive is that the two employees at the front desk (Caylee and another woman) were extremely professional and sweet. Dental xrays took over 25 minutes. Then had to be retaken due to error. I assume it was new dental tech/assistant but no one communicated that. Then without notice the tech left the room for over 10 minutes. No communication about "hey, your xrays are done, the doctor will be with you shortly". Doctors general bedside manner was just weird. Then as I left they tried to charge me additional $ for a fluoride treatment. This additional cost was not mentioned nor approved at any point during my service. Unfortunately I wont be back even though this is so close to our new home. I'll make the trip to my prior dentist even though it's 40 minutes away. I rather go with someone I trust.

It was the best dental experience ever. All questions were answered and I was well informed on the health of my teeth and the treatment plan best for me. Dr. Patel is excellent at informing me. The hygienist was great and explained everything she was doing step by step.

I have been to Dr Patels office 3 times already. She is wonderful! Her personality makes her so personable and I feel like she really cares about her patients. She jokes around and makes you feel so comfortable even though going to the dentist is not always an enjoyable thing to do. I have never felt rushed and always feel like I can ask her anything. She always has a smile on her face which is very comforting. Her assistant is always so friendly as well. She remembers things we talked about from previous appointments...even things we talked about that were not related to dentistry. They make you feel like friends rather than just another patient like many other doctors/dentists offices do. I would definitely recommend Dr. Patel to my family and friends.

I've been looking for a dentist for awhile and I finally found one. Dr. Patel and her staff are great! They take the time to answer any questions I have. Last year I had two crowns replaced and I love them! She did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend her.

She is very professional and has a great atmosphere in her office. I came in for several fillings and had to come in for an emergency root canal because I was having pain. Dr Bhumika took me in right away even though they were about to close the office.

Had the best experience at a dental clinic (ever). Dr. Bhumika Patel as well as Ginger (the hygienist) had awesome bedside manner. They explained everything I needed to know from the causes of my dental problems to treatment plan, everything was presented out the way I wanted it to be. Jessica (front desk assistant) was helpful with our paperwork regarding finances and insurance and was reassuring. Overall an awesome experience, ADD ONE MORE STAR FOR THE HI-TECH Instruments as well as the clean environment! :) Highly recommend this practice, exceeded my expectations!
