I waited an hour and 15 minutes for my appointment and once the provider came in it was literally just a quick five minute appointment if that ?? the guy at the front desk was really nice and aware of what he was doing the other lady at the front was a little bit more rude and not very friendly ?

I wish I could write this review later as I still have to go back to the office for treatment. Provider acted like I was being ridiculous for even asking about pain management for IUD placement. Only after enough push back from me did she even offer to write a prescription for me to get my own topical. Also got bare minimum information about next visit, was so flustered about the topical I dint get the chance to ask my other questions. Not sure that my pre-authorization has been submitted yet, not showing up in my insurance app 5 days after process started in office.

I don’t think my comments should be published, but want the office to know. The provider is skilled, but there’s not enough time for questions or for reviewing treatment plan. The most important part of my visit, lab findings, wasn’t mentioned until end of visit. The patient portal hasn’t worked, so I had to ask for print copy of lab results. No access to visit summary, no way to send message through portal. I was referred to a specialist, but don’t know who or where and no one has contacted me.
