Dr.Dawood's office staff are always super welcoming and Dr.Dawood is very attentive to his patients, I just got my wisdom teeth taken out and he made the procedure as painless as possibe, made sure I was comfortable. :) definitely recommend.

As a new patient, this was a frustrating experience due to poor scheduling and communication. My appointment was rescheduled multiple times, and I arrived at 3:15 PM for a 3:30 PM appointment. I wasn’t seen until around 4:00 PM for X-rays, and the dentist didn’t come in until about 4:20 PM.
After a brief conversation, I was told at 4:30 PM that a cleaning would not be done because the dentist was busy and that it would need to be scheduled for another visit — despite me clearly stating at check-in and again to the assistant that I wanted a cleaning.
Had I been informed upfront that a cleaning wasn’t possible, I would have rescheduled. Instead, I wasted nearly two hours including commute and waiting time. My time is valuable, and the lack of transparency and consideration made this experience disappointing.
I won't go back to this dentist.

Very nice personnel. Very friendly and attentive. I came in with pain in my broken tooth and I left with pain in my tooth...still broken. But I had a wonderful presentation. I felt more like I was at timeshare presentation. They offered me wonderful services at a very nice price and I was very interested. However I was offered an opportunity to come back the next day with a different doctor for my broken tooth to be removed. I specifically asked on the phone if I was coming in for an exam or to have the tooth extracted. I was told with a bit of uncertainty that it was for the extraction. The doctor & her staff, very nice. They make you very comfortable. To be fair I'm not sure if it would be different anywhere else. But it didn't fulfill the reason I wanted to see the dentist.
