The entire experience was exactly what I had hoped for. The office staff was cheerful, kind, and very efficient. I was able to fill out all of the intake forms before even getting there! Sat and waited for about 5 minutes and was called right in! Dr. Silver was knowledgeable, professional, personable, accommodating, and thorough. My visit didn’t feel transactional and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed out of there so that he could
move on to his next appointment. I even had a question right after my appointment, so I messaged him on their app’s communication portal. He responded within an hour! My search for a new PCP has been long and challenging, but I’ve found him!

Dr. Silver was so kind, he never rushed me and took all my concerns seriously. On top of Dr. Silver being awesome, every staff member I encountered were so helpful. Joy at the front made sure to put my mind ease and helped me make sure everything was ready before the visit. While Jesus was great at getting me comfortable and making sure to get all the records request I needed. As someone who has really struggled with getting quality care, this team blew my expectations out of the water.
