Dr. Silver was so kind, he never rushed me and took all my concerns seriously. On top of Dr. Silver being awesome, every staff member I encountered were so helpful. Joy at the front made sure to put my mind ease and helped me make sure everything was ready before the visit. While Jesus was great at getting me comfortable and making sure to get all the records request I needed. As someone who has really struggled with getting quality care, this team blew my expectations out of the water.

Although I made some silly mistakes on the online intake forms, Dr. Silver and his associates (especially Dr. Amani) were very considerate and took us through the new patient process with patience and thoroughness. Dr. Silver was fantastic. I had to fly with a compacted nose due to a nose issue that was unexpected. I had to fly as I was from out of town. He went so far as literally running to the nearby emergency room to get me my own supplies for my trip. He went above and beyond. As an aside, if you are traveling to the desert from a tropical area, be prepared for the dry air. I saw 5 doctors on my week trip and he was one of the best.
