I left feeling heard and my interest investigated. Shopana Ganpath, MD listened to my concerns, didn’t make me feel inadequate for voicing my interest in my health. Very few doctors have the ability to be open about care. I’m excited to get my health under control.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Ganpath. She was very sweet and to the point. I used several cough syrups from a month but didn’t cure and the medication she suggested, helped me right away. Thank you Doctor.

The provider is personable, listens well. I had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen due to a delay, the office “attempted to call me to let me know of the delay, however no call was made). I did some bloodwork and since I have quest portal I got them prior to the call. Then they want me to FT my doctor for my results?!!! Where the hell is the professionalism?!!

I was called to confirm my appointment and what necessary information I needed to bring such as my insurance cards. ? the doctor was most friendly, kind, and easy to talk to. The entire office staff and Dr had excellent Customer Service and made my visit very easy and calming.

I was actually heard. I was able to talk about my health issues and felt seen and respected. I wasn't treated like another co- payment, but rather than a patient. This was my first visit, but definitely will not be my last.
