Amazing appointment! This was my first psychiatric visit & i was really nervous beforehand. Dr. Altaeo is amazing ! Answered all my questions, clear communication & most importantly, he VALIDATED what I’ve been feeling & gave me some understanding. It is extremely difficult to find the right doctor that listens and understands you, among many other things. Well Dr. James is none of that. Mr James was and Is extremely professional, he was very patient with me, answered all my questions, extremely polite and i truly believe he actually cares and wants to help his patients. I could clearly tell within just 2 min of speaking with him that he wants to really help me with just not my medical issues but my overall well being, as well. I can’t write enough good things about my experience with Mr James and I look forward to be under his care and try to find solutions to deal with my medical ailments.
