Affordable cash payment. Accepts Aetna commercial insurance but not Aetna CVS Health or Aetna Better Health Medicaid. We provide superbill to submit to patient's insurance for reimbursement. Please request a super bill. Unable to accept cash from Medicaid patient.
ADHD first session $148, second session $80 and follow up $80.
Patients are encouraged to contact the office by calling the phone number 804-460-9072 as soon as the appointment is booked to verify insurance. If not in network with insurance, it will be a cash pay. If patient would like to cancel the appointment, it is required to initiate cancellation on the patient's end at the platform to be considered valid before the appointment time. If patient do not show up to the appointment, the $50 fee is applied. Once the appointment has occurred and the patient would like to cancel, the late cancellation fee of $50 will apply payable through our website. The patient's account will be flagged for a no show and non-payment of the fees. The flag to the account is non removable.
Be sure to respond to the communication by the practice as we are very diligent in our communication process. We will send email, text messages and call the phone number on file to make sure our messages are delivered. Intake forms are required to be completed prior to the appointment time.
