The woman at the front desk was very sweet, helpful and attentive. The DA named Nic was also very kind. The doctor was professional but transactional and brief. Some people would prefer this type of brevity but since I get anxiety at the dentist this did not work for me. I would have preferred a thorough summary of my evaluation with clear direction on which avenues of care I should explore (i.e. recommendations for teeth that need immediate treatment.) After I was examined it did take an extended amount of time to be checked in on and I never actually got to see the hygienist as I opted to leave on account of the time I had already waited. Total time spent was approximately two hours and 20 minutes from waiting in the lobby up until check out. This time includes X-rays, examination of my mouth and waiting for an itemized summary for possible treatment.

Dr. Roya is hands down the best dentist I've ever had! She combines her expertise with genuine care for her patients. She listens carefully to any concerns and provides thoughtful, personalized advice for dental care. Her office is clean and inviting, and her team is just as kind and professional as she is. Thanks to her, I actually look forward to my dental visits now, and my smile has never looked better!

I booked Friday appointment but they said they close early so I had to move my appointment to Sunday morning. I showed up on the appointment time. But they had me to wait one hour at least in the waiting room without any updates. Also I took many x-rays. The person took x-ray shots, didn’t look professional at all.. yeah they were acceptable. finally i was moved to the room to get cleaning service but they said their hygienist went for lunch break so I have to wait another 30 min even though i book the appointment for the cleaning service. I came there only for the simple cleaning but I waited over two hours and couldn’t get the cleaning service at all because i had to leave for my personal plan. I didn’t expect I have to wait at least two hours to get the cleaning service even though I had an appointment. If you have plenty of time you can go there. But if you don’t want to waste your time please don’t go there.

Many things need improvement. 1- check in procedures. (receptionist was not checking the sign-in sheet. When I arrived into the office other people were being checked in before me, until I pointed out that I had signed in before them, other people were noticed but not me) 2-e-rays were ok 3- after xrays I waited about 30 min. Dentist came in and then directed to assistant to give me two more. After that the dentist took 45 min to coke back to confirm treatment. 4- They told me someone would be back to explain benefits- I waited over an hour in the room. I decided to walk out. After being there for three hours in total. This office needs a better office manager. The coordination and organization was not a good experience for me. I felt forgottened.

Super friendly staff! Lots of variety of doctors to get your specialist. Met with a different doctor briefly before this one due to having additional pain from a mistreated cavity from a different dentist office. Dr. F fully explained his specialty and introduced himself on my visit. Was given a great and quick evaluation due to them reading my notes and testing out my suspicions of where the pain was coming from. I was correct and they helped confirm and plan forward for a root canal. Because I was unable to see the doctor again until Friday morning they ensured that pain meds were sent immediately to the pharmacy so i'd be comfortable until then. I'll be seeing him again next week for a proper crown after a root canal. I'm recommending Gold Coast Dental to all my coworkers and family!

Zoc Doc botched the appointment. The dentist doesnt even work at that office on tues and thurs, yet they offered the 3pm appnt. it seems to me a company that offers on-linr appointment services should know which days a doctor is in any respective office and black out days they are NOT in the office. wasted trip.

`Unexpected change of Dr and he didn't speak to me or look at me. I was told the Delta Dental plam did not include cleaning! (preventive care certainly includes cleaning). I came home and called Delta Dental and they clarified things with the office - new appointment next week for cleaning. X rays already taken.

I wouldn't go back even though the office was professional. It just seems they processed my appointment as a walk in and handed me off to whoever was available. They did work with me and seemed to really care about my overall teeth health and recommendations on that first day appointment. The following day I had a follow up and it was almost an exact opposite feeling from the doctor who saw me. Since I didn't want to leave a bad review for that doctor I picked and wasn't seen by her I just gave 5 to all except the wait time which was under 30m so 4 star. If I could I would write a lower score review for the doctor that saw me. He simply didn't seem to care about me and gave the impression he didn't want to be there that day. Office was friendly, clean waiting room, office is open 7 days a week.

My experience was heartbreaking.. the people were very nice. Patient. Accommodating. But I did not get the help I desperately need ed.. and I left there in tears . And in serious pain . Went there thinking I had the correct insurance and spent hours there . Ever got medical clearance from my orthopedic doctor. Given meds X-rays and a consultation. And then turned away . I would of preferred to establish insurance coverage over the phone before even making the appointment.. I felt foolish and time wasted .. and still in severe pain ..
