The woman at the front desk was very sweet, helpful and attentive. The DA named Nic was also very kind. The doctor was professional but transactional and brief. Some people would prefer this type of brevity but since I get anxiety at the dentist this did not work for me. I would have preferred a thorough summary of my evaluation with clear direction on which avenues of care I should explore (i.e. recommendations for teeth that need immediate treatment.) After I was examined it did take an extended amount of time to be checked in on and I never actually got to see the hygienist as I opted to leave on account of the time I had already waited. Total time spent was approximately two hours and 20 minutes from waiting in the lobby up until check out. This time includes X-rays, examination of my mouth and waiting for an itemized summary for possible treatment.

Dr. Roya is hands down the best dentist I've ever had! She combines her expertise with genuine care for her patients. She listens carefully to any concerns and provides thoughtful, personalized advice for dental care. Her office is clean and inviting, and her team is just as kind and professional as she is. Thanks to her, I actually look forward to my dental visits now, and my smile has never looked better!

I booked Friday appointment but they said they close early so I had to move my appointment to Sunday morning. I showed up on the appointment time. But they had me to wait one hour at least in the waiting room without any updates. Also I took many x-rays. The person took x-ray shots, didn’t look professional at all.. yeah they were acceptable. finally i was moved to the room to get cleaning service but they said their hygienist went for lunch break so I have to wait another 30 min even though i book the appointment for the cleaning service. I came there only for the simple cleaning but I waited over two hours and couldn’t get the cleaning service at all because i had to leave for my personal plan. I didn’t expect I have to wait at least two hours to get the cleaning service even though I had an appointment. If you have plenty of time you can go there. But if you don’t want to waste your time please don’t go there.

I was scheduled for a cleaning but instead I felt as they wanted to sell me something and they recommended something else. I had to schedule another appointment for my cleaning because I was not due for a cleaning until next month. I was disappointed.
