Gold Coast Podiatry is a practice located in the heart of Smithtown, New York. Established in 2005, it provides a clean and professional environment for patients to receive podiatric care, as well as the flexibility to work around patients’ work schedules. At Gold Coast Podiatry, Dr. Wendy Siegel and her staff always greet patients with a smile, and treat them with the latest technology and techniques.
Originally from Long Island and trained at St. Barnabas Hospital by luminaries in the field of podiatric surgery, Dr. Siegel provides a full range of podiatric services and procedures to patients of Gold Coast Podiatry. Treatment is available for issues including hammertoes, bunions, arthritis, ankle injuries, walking problems, and foot infections. Some of the latest podiatric procedures are also available, including laser treatment of toenail fungus and bone lengthening procedures.

Dr. Siegel is an amazing Podiatrist! In the distant past had tried a few others, but she absolutely stands out for her very gentle and excelleny technical skill, compassion, and my feet always leave her office in a pain free, happy and more attractive appearance. Dr. Siegel was friendly and knowledgeable, and she explained all of my treatment options in detail. My appointment did not feel rushed at all. Her staff was courteous and the office is very clean. Since I was a new patient, I appreciated that Dr. Siegel took the time to review my forms and the reason for my visit prior to the time of my appointment, so we were immediately able to discuss my issues instead of her wasting time by reviewing my intake forms while I was there. Most doctors are notorious for wasting a patient’s time by reviewing their forms upon entering the exam room, in which case we may as well fill out the forms together, and then the appointment is rushed. Dr. Siegel was fully prepared as soon as she walked into the exam room. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of a foot specialist.

I had difficulty finding a podiatrist in my insurance network close to my home.
I travel to Smithtown for other services so I decided to look in that area. Gold Coast podiatry showed an available appointment within a week and luckily on the same day I was going to be in the area so I booked it. With an a half hour, Gold Coast podiatry contacted me to let me know that the time I requested was was not available. I explained that I would be in the area and would it be possible to see Dr Siegel at a different time. Dr. Siegel agreed to see me during her lunchtime.
From the moment I walked in the office, I was greeted with enthusiasm. I Expressed my gratitude for their accommodations. Lori, Joe and Dr. Siegel Were friendly, patient and informative! I will continue to travel an hour each direction to be treated by the expert staff at Gold Coast podiatry!

Received call from the office several hours before the appointment and readjusted appt time due to ‘conflict in schedule’. Staff was pleasant and polite. Office was clean and welcoming. Dr. Siegel was very pleasant and informed me of what she was doing. Based on initial visit, I would give it a ‘ten’ on a scale of 1-10.

Dr. Siegel is professional and friendly. She was good at explaining what had to be done and why. The doctor can perform x-rays right in the office, which saves time and a trip to an outside lab. The only qualm might be Zocdoc's issue: the site indicated a 3:00 appointment, which was also emailed and texted to me, but the office said it was 4:00. Then we're asked if we could come in the next day but we couldn't since my wife was in pain. (Oddly, the next day was a Friday; we had stopped by during office hours to drop something off and there was no one there!) They actually squeezed us in earlier between appointments that same day.

I was treated for a painful problem on my foot. The doctor explained what I have and is fixing it with medication and had some removal of the soreness. I found out about my other conditions today that will be treated immediately. All nurses and staff were business like and helpful. I recommend this doctor for you to see for your foot problems.
