After signing several forms, endless back and forth text messages with the assistant, radio silence for days with an excuse of “vacation.” unclear communication/language barrier, meds were never sent, and when they were it was the wrong dosage. It took all of that and STILL 4 weeks later another reminder to send my prescription to the pharmacy.What a headache.
