Went here for my semi-annual routine dental cleaning as a new patient. Had a bad experience. Wait time was more than an hour although I arrived on time. When seen, the tech assisting didn’t seem to know how to operate the CT device, then they did more imaging. Didn’t accept XRs from previous dental office, which I found odd. Doctor was friendly and answered all my questions. When I asked about teeth cleaning, they sent me back to the front to wait to speak with some coordinator. By then it was 2 hrs later and I needed to get back home to pump/breastfeed. I told them I would come back in 30 mins for the teeth cleaning. Coordinator called me 25 mins to basically say they would only do “deep cleaning” and listed a bunch of things that were extra fees not covered by insurance. I politely listened then requested a routine cleaning which is all I’ve ever needed, but they refused to do this. Wasted three hours of my time, will be transferring my care. Getting my records has also been a hassle
