He was very knowledgeable of all my behavioral health medications. Throughly explained his way of thinking and how my meds work. He also has a wonderful sense of humor. He made me feel very comfortable during the whole visit. Not once was I judged by my past. I honestly can't wait for my next appointment with him.

I felt that my visit with Nurse Practitioner Scott Wendricks was not very collaborative. I wanted to discuss options for my treatment and ask questions about different medications, but I felt dismissed and belittled when I expressed my preferences and concerns. He was very persistent about a particular medication, implying it was the best for me, but didn’t fully acknowledge that everyone’s needs, lifestyles, and responses to medications are different. When I asked about alternatives, I was told my requests sounded ‘oxymoron-ish’ and was labeled as ‘strong-willed’ for not agreeing with him. Overall, I felt that the visit was not personable, and I did not feel supported in making informed decisions about my care.

Well, I found Scott on here and was going through a troubling time in my life. Stress, impulses, infidelity, major mood swings, depression and anxiety. I felt lost and confused. Scott took his time to listen to my concerns and we have worked on a regimen that has changed my life. I’m not so unstable and my highs and lows aren’t so extreme.
I highly recommend him. He has a great sense of humor and I can talk to him like a friend. He’s also very professional and will take your health seriously.

Literally have never been yelled at (raised his voice, turning pink and everything) because I couldn’t remember every medication I’ve ever taken when I’ve been having psych appointments since 14. He has the worst bedside manner and if you would like to be belittled, screamed at, and talked over during one of the most traumatic moments in your life, go ahead and book.

The office is phenomenal: friendly and very attentive to detail, great with follow up. Doctor's bedside manner is kind of funny, but it's fine for quick appointments. Will return for easy script refill.
