The doctor was very thorough which I believe is why there was a little longer wait time but I will always wait if the doctor is good and listens. It was a great experience. The phlebotomist was great I always have a hard time getting my blood drawn he got it right the first time and I did not leave with a bruise. The front office staff was fine so neutral on that part. But overall I would say 9.8 out of 10 experience ?

Got there 5 minutes before my 12pm appt. Wasn't called back until 12:40. Was asked a dumbed question "Do you know how all you are?" Who doesn't know how tall they are?? Nurse Practitioner saw me first, wouldn't let me finish a sentence. Never saw the Dr. because even an hour after my scheduled appointment he was "busy" Healthcare in Las Vegas is a joke.

I was very pleased to talk with someone who was none judge mental. Understood that I haven't seen a doctor in a long time. Made follow-up appointment for two weeks after giving me some other appointments for blood work and xrays. So he can review them for my next appointment.

I don’t mind a nurse practitioner or a physicians assistant, but I do like seeing the doctor in person. Dr. Jang was very personable and efficient. I did not seemed rushed at all. I did have several things I wanted to go over since I was moving from another doctor is more than willing to talk about each one without making me seem like he was pushing me out the door like so many other offices do. So far I would give the office an A+. ???

Dr Shaun Jang is highly recommend by our family. This was hands down the best experience we have ever had at a doctors office. This isn’t your typical doctors office, it’s incredibly welcoming, the staff seems like family and Dr Jang treated us like friends. We don’t have insurance, so he was very informative about our options and what the cost might be, not only did he refer us to a doctor he trust but also an insurance broker he personally uses. We will be recommending him to everyone we know. The entire experience was incredibly refreshing.
