Fadekemi is incredibly quick, clear, and sharp—hands down some of the best help I’ve ever received. She understands issues instantly, offers the right solutions, and stays attentive to every detail. Her knowledge shows in everything she does, and it’s obvious she operates at a truly high level on all fronts. I honestly don’t think I could ask for better support.
I cannot recommend Fadekemi Olude highly enough. Finding a psychiatric provider who actually listens can be a challenge, but Fadekemi goes above and beyond. She is incredibly compassionate and takes a deep personal interest in truly understanding who you are, not just what your symptoms are. What surprised me most was her knowledge of human biology—it’s far more extensive than what I’ve experienced with other psychiatric nurse practitioners. She offers incredible solutions and really knows her stuff when it comes to medication options. If you’re looking for someone who is both a brilliant clinician and a kind human being, she is the one to see.

I have now been seeing Fadekemi for several months. She has always taken her time to listen to my needs and concerns. Great recall on my medical history. Appointments are on time. I do not feel rushed during our sessions. I found working with her efficient and I have many years of experience with various psychiatrists. I have responded poorly to medication in the past and she made it a priority to adjust my medication as soon as I reached out. She has put in work and time in between our sessions for such matters. All needs and anxieties were addressed and discussed in details. I had several questions about my medication post appointment and the communication was rapid and efficient. I also found her pleasant to speak with: Perceptive, inquisitive with a smart sense of humor.

I would not recommend this doctor. She used multiple portals which made it confusing to find information and verify my appointment details. She also had me send in test results to an email registered @ gmail.com which did not feel safe or HIPAA compliant. Additionally, I received text messages from an unknown number who claimed they were the assistant to the practice, but I did not receive a notice informing me I'd be contacted, nor was I contacted through the various portals she had me set up. I don't think she was the best listener and our appointment was less than 30 minutes, which is incredibly strange for a first-time meeting with a psychiatrist, especially considering I was meeting for ADHD and wanted to get back on stimulant medications.
I have only had my first appointment but she made me feel comfortable and safe the entire time; no judgement but no beating around the bush. I felt seen and heard, she listened and took action while validating my opinion on my care and what i wanted, she’s an example of why i have a hug preference for APRN’s over psychiatrists, you can tell she has experience as a nurse in the best way possible

I scheduled my appointment through Zocdoc for 2 PM. The provider reached out and asked to move the appointment to 3:30 PM, which I agreed to. We were in communication up until 3:25 PM—the last message I received was a reminder to complete my questionnaires. There were over 10 documents with multiple questions and selections, and I was actively working through them. I even received acknowledgment that my progress was being tracked. However, when it got closer to 3:30, I couldn’t find any link to join the appointment. I checked my messages and email but still didn’t receive anything. I attempted to reach out but got no response. Then at 4 PM, the provider called and said they had just sent the link and that I could join at that time. This entire experience was frustrating and confusing, especially since I was prepared and ready to attend as scheduled but had no way to actually access the appointment.

Very quick and to the point. She asked good questions and made me feel reassured that she'll check that the medicine she prescribed is ok for me and will work with me if we need to adjust. She found an equivalent of my medicine that my PCP refused to even google. Telehealth is a lot better for my work schedule, but I'm waiting to see how much the bill was. My insurance is supposed to cover it, but I'm anxious until I see for sure.
Kemi listened to my concerns and communicated very well about the steps she wanted to take in my care! She asked great questions and i felt like she worked to understand me well. She explained medications to me and how they would work for me. I have never had a doctor listen/explain things to me the way she did.
