I don't feel I can honestly rate this because the amount of the pre procedure drugs they gave my was too excessive .I barely remember anything about the whole process. I haven't been contacted at all about how I was doing after the injection . I haven't been contacted since I tried to schedule a follow up appt. zero communication . I am not a fan of Zocdoc. Stick your review where the sun don't shine .

I got there at 6 o’clock for my 6 o’clock appointment and wasn’t seen by the doctor until 7:30. There wasnt anyone at the reception desk until 6:20. I won’t be going back

I waited for about an hour after my scheduled appointment but never saw Dr. Ripp. I had to leave due to time constraints. He might be a great doctor, but not a great first impression for a new patient.

I loved the Dr and his nurse. the guy at the front desk seemed like he hated his job and everything was an inconvenience including when I tried to make an appointment 7 times but claimed my referral was not there but when I just scheduled it myself I was able to be seen and everything was fine with the referral.

This is worst experience I've had with 45 years of persisting medical issues. I went for an initial consultation for treatment of an existing herniated disc. I met with the doctor to explain my condition. This seemed to go well, and he prescribed an MRI, and back injections. Upon checking out, I discovered that they were not providing any pain relief solution leading up to the MRI and injections. Not only that, but they were wanting to schedule back injections prior to the MRI and analysis to determine if the original location of the existing injury, or perhaps a new injury was the issue. I was then whisked into a room by an assistant with long hair who condescendingly counseled me on discussing medications at the checkout area. I eft and contacted my insurance provider to not pay any bill not related to the consultation. If you want to be treated like criminal, and be provided hasty procedures prior to problem identification, along with no pain management, this is the place to go.

I have been coming to Dr Ripp for pain management treatment for 7 years now & I have had nothing but outstanding treatment all the way around Mr Ripp treats me as a person & not a number he's always respectful, kind courteous, patient & genuinely invested in my well-being he has been very supportive & understanding, I have referred my 80 year old mother who has been coming 4hrs from out of town just to be treated by him he is very professional & down to earth I wouldn't think of going anywhere els & I highly recommend him!

A great decision to change from my prior provider. I was not merely shunted to a member of his staff. Dr Ripp asked pertinent questions And was interested in alternative methods that might resolve my neuropathy rather than merely prescribing drugs. A welcomed change.
