The whole staff was nice and attentive. I was seen extremely quick and got new contacts within minutes, literally. They had me scan a QR code, answer a few very simple questions then go do the machine puff things, then saw the Dr did the 1 or 2 thing. They pulled up my insurance with just my name and I paid. That is all normal, but this was really the fastest I was ever in and out of these places. I was very impressed.

The doctor I booked was not who I was with the day of my appointment. This doctor was male and he did not introduce himself, so I don't even know his name. He barely spoke to me and seemed like he was in a rush. The usual eye tests you do at the optometrist were unusually short and he did not ask me any eye health questions. I appreciate when a doctor walks me through each thing they are doing or looking for and what they see because with my high prescription I am at risk for retinal detachment. However, when the doctor's cell phone started ringing he immediately ushered me out and I had to stop him and ask about my concerns. He was short with his answer and that was it. The rest of the staff were kind and friendly, but I am not happy with my visit.

My experience that there eye doctor was very good. Jackie was the first person I encounter and she was very knowledgeable about her job. The doctor was in and she checked my eyes. She was very thorough. Great experience just may take a little bit more be more personal and not talk to your co workers I’m waiting on customers.
