Susanne and Beverly both welcomed me, having called ahead to confirm the appointment. They were very efficient, working as a team to manage multiple stages of customers thru at the same time (getting me checked in, another patient into the doctor and a third advised thru contacts. Susanne expertly led me thru the local-business specific insurance IDs so we could get my insurance to go thru, and I was impressed at the critical knowledge displayed between Susanne and Beverly. Dr. Daijo worked efficiently, explained all the various steps of eye health check and prescription checks. Dr Daijo engaged with me in conversation on the merits of eye breaks, various glasses tints, and different zoom ratings. Their candor was much appreciated.
