I’m making many insights about my life in these sessions. I’ve been struggling with my relationship and my career and feeling anxious and depressed. The therapy has been really effective and she’s very skilled at what she does. I didn’t realize how much of what’s happening in my life now stems back to my childhood. She’s helping me find compassion for myself to move forwards. If you’re looking for someone to just vent with she’s there for it, but she’ll really help you do more than that.
