Grace Integrative NP Psychiatric Services

Caring for others is my passion and life work. It feels natural to me. However, in my 30-plus years in the medical and mental health fields, traditional medical treatments don’t always feel natural. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I strive to meet my clients' needs by providing integrative care which focuses on treating the mind, body and spirit. This can be accomplished by taking a holistic approach to wellness rather than simply focusing on medication management. While I am licensed to prescribe medication and recognize the importance of medications in treatment, it is also imperative to address nutrition, vitamin deficiencies, sleep, exercise and alternative or spiritual practices. This is the way that we can together drastically affect an individual’s mental health.
