She was loud interruptive and unprofessional. I wasn’t seen due to insurance issue and she tried to overcharge for self pay but I went up the road and paid for the service more than half off the price she gave. She rushed me out of the location while on the phone with insurance stating she was closing but she is the one that accepted the appointment. I have to say she ruined my day with a stupid attitude and loud interruptive rudeness.

Not only is she so good at her job and knows exactly what to do and helped me with my issue exactly for what I needed, but she is so thoughtful and caring and sweet. I can’t recommend her enough! I went to get my physical today with Miss Grace and I’m really happy I did. She takes the time to do a physical and I never felt rushed. I haven’t had a physical done in years and it was nice to have met a medical provider that takes her time to get to know her patients. Her office also does labs in office which saved me a trip to the labcorp. Her office is also so clean and inviting ! Highly recommend !

Aside from being sick when I visited the office, I had a great experience at Grace Modern Health; which is easy to say now that I feel better. Grace was both professional and caring. I could tell her main goal was to get to the right diagnosis and get me to feel better as soon as possible. I also found her office to have a nice, calming atmosphere.
