I had been seeing a neuro-ophthalmologist for neuro related eye issues. Repeatedly talked of dry eye issues - was told just to take drops - drops seemed to increase issues. Explained this to the doctor and she immediately got me started on the dry eye kit - a process to treat the root cause of dry eye. I made her aware of a medicine my neurologist had me taking that could cause dry eye. She was attentive and understanding and scheduled a follow up immediately in a month. The whole staff was welcoming and the office looked superior. Thanks for a great experience.
