There were planty of dentist offices in the grand central buding, unlike the other busy offices, this place was calm and relaxing. The office was accommodating when I was running late and when I was in a rush they made quick exams!

The staff, from the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, Dr. Shin and the outpatient coordinator were very friendly, friendly,knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. They were all thorough with their work and asked if I had any questions throughout my visit. All of my questions were answered. I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to my a follow-up visit!

I made an appointment for 4:30 and I was able to see her at 5:30. She was really nice and friendly but waiting time was horrible. Staffs were very nice though.. I don’t know if I want to go back.

They did a good job of scheduling on a tight deadline.

The appointment was not scheduled. The doctor is not even at that location on Mondays. They blame zocdoc for the way it was scheduled or handled. But had to wait a while hour before another dentist saw me. The doctor that saw me was great, no issues.

I didn't see Dr. Radziwon, I saw Dr. Eugenie Lee who was excellent and informative. She spoke to me with compassion and respect but didn't sugarcoat (no pun intended) what she had to say. The rest of the office staff was really nice and I will definitely be going back in the future.
