Granite North Psychology
My clients come from a variety of backgrounds and bring with them goals for our work together that are as unique as they are. One thing that they have in common, however is a deep commitment to becoming the best version of themselves that they can be. While the pathway to becoming healthier and more effective is not always easy, it is incredibly rewarding. What I offer are evidence based solutions that provide my clients with greater insight into their own minds and provide strategies to overcome the challenges that they face.
As a cognitive behavioral therapist, my work with my clients is composed of several stages. I provide an in depth assessment of the issues that my client would like to address and work collaboratively to develop a plan forward. Next, I work with my clients to provide them with the tools and understanding that they need to be successful in the future.
Taking the step to work with a psychologist is a huge decision, and I never take the trust that my clients place in me lightly. At BU, the Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders, the VA, and at Mass General Brigham, I have seen the profound impact that effective treatment can bring. I look forward to discussing what that might look like for you.
