After years of sitting at a desk for work and over 2.5 years of breastfeeding, my posture had significantly deteriorated. Since starting the prescribed exercises and massages, I’ve noticed a marked improvement—I'm now able to engage in daily tasks (such as washing dishes, cleaning, and feeding my baby) for much longer periods without discomfort. Viveki is extremely involved, asking detailed questions to check up on how I'm doing, always keeping up with my recovery. She makes sure I'm not pushing myself too much or too little. She pulls me in really quick and with all the right workouts, awesome massages, warm therapy, and electrical stimulation. I always leave feeling brand new! Sakshi is extremely kind and sweet. She always pulls me in right away and gets me straight to work on treating my knees. She always asking for updates on my recovery and keeping track of my improvements with all the right workouts, awesome massages, warm therapy, and electrical stimulation. He's always there, looking over everyone, making sure the other providers, the receptionist, and the patients are all seen, heard, and taken care of. My first visit was great. Wait time was not long and the receptionist was pleasant to deal with. Dr Sakshi was very knowledgeable and the plan she constructed for my posture issues seemed strategic and well thought out. I also received a shoulder massage and electrotherapy which helped alleviate a lot of tension. I am looking forward to going back to Dr Sakshi and recommend her practice!

I’m so glad I found Grasmere Physical Therapy. Dr. Sakshi Korgaonkar has played a vital role in the recovery of my pelvic floor, abdominal muscles, and back.
