After years of sitting at a desk for work and over 2.5 years of breastfeeding, my posture had significantly deteriorated. I love all the therapists there is NOT ONE who isn’t asking or steps in to help aslo to correct you if you’re preforming the exercise wrong. If I’m being most honest the massages are the best part! All of the massage therapist are very good and know where to massage without pain. I’m not sure I want to stop coming even after being at my 100%.
