Office staff was very prompt with providing me guidance for needed paperwork and then the X-ray procedure. Dr French took the time to explain typical dental x-ray compared to mine. He was able to identify my toothache location by asking the right questions and practicing dental diagnosis methodology to get to the root cause. I went in thinking I needed a root canal but it was an irritated gum behind one of upper tooth. Walked away very satisfied and relieved. Thanks to Gratitude Dental.

He took the time to educate me about my dental health, review X-rays, and walk me through all my treatment options in a clear and reassuring way.I felt genuinely informed and cared for.The dental assistant was also wonderful—attentive, efficient, and very kind. The hygienist did an incredibly thorough yet gentle cleaning, and my teeth have never felt better!The clinic itself is clean, modern, and calming.It’s such a huge step up from my previous dental clinic,where I often felt rushed and uninformed.The difference in care, professionalism, and overall experience is night and day. I can't say I love going to the dentist, but I hate tooth pain even more—thankfully, Dr. French and his team made the experience as easy and comfortable as possible. After not seeing a dentist for three years, I was nervous, but Dr. French was incredibly informative and explained everything in a way that made sense. He never made me feel bad about my lapse in care and focused on getting me back on track.
I came in with tooth pain, and he was able to help me the same day. The entire staff was amazing—when I was visibly nervous and asked for the X-ray cover for warmth and comfort, they immediately understood and brought it over. That small act of kindness made a huge difference.
I truly trust Dr. French with my dental care and will be bringing my family here as well. If you're looking for a dentist who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, I highly recommend him!
