I was waited for over an hour to see the doctor who spent barely 5 mins. He didn't even ask basic questions such as where my knee hurts, did it start after an injury or if I have been taking otc pain killer for the pain. He just announced next steps and was in a hurry to leave. I would not recommend the doctor to anyone.

Although this was a very busy office because of one reason, my overall expectation was satisfied. The staff kept the schedules as close as possible and made me feel at home. Dr. G is the kind of doctor who can calm the patient down and make them feel secure and well treated. I will definitely recommend Dr. G to my friends and looking forward to my next appointment tomorrow.

I was told by the doctor that he looked at my x-rays and that is how he knew my knee was bone on bone, Mind you I DID NOT BRING ANY XRAYS Also, His MA sat her butt on the exam table ( I thought I was the patient) while I sat in a chair and seemed clueless to what was happening including not knowing about the x-ray issue when doctor asked her. Front desk was all over the place, unorganized. Dr. Grau is what I would call a DIG ME....making sure he praised himself while overtalking me as I tried to ask questions and get more formally with his practice. Would not recommend this physician best off my experience. He may be a good surgeon, but personal (for me) plays a part in decision making when it comes to my health.

Dr Grau is attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. He explains everything and is very reassuring. He went over my hip xray and MRI with me. I am confident that I made the right choice with choosing him for my surgeon.

If they don’t treat certain conditions, please inform us and cancel our visits. We don’t need to waste 2 visits, time and money just so have the doctor be rude. Front desks need to learn what the doctor treats.

Dr. Rothenburg was very professional, knowledgable, and took care of the problem I was having right away. Dr. Paul Rothenberg is a truly exceptional surgeon with a warm and welcoming personality. This was my 6 month follow up after my reverse shoulder replacement surgery. I am a former dancer in my 70’s and have had both knees replaced so I am familiar with joint replacement surgeries. I trusted Dr. Rothenberg immediately. He answered all my questions and explained what he would be doing and what I should expect before, during and after the procedure. He made me feel more relaxed and prepared than I had ever been going into surgery. The outcome was better than I could have imagined! My physical therapist who has been in the business for 20 years couldn’t get over my range of motion on my very first visit. I continued to make great progress and have regained my full range of motion which I haven’t had since my 30’s. I have already scheduled an appointment for my other shoulder surgery with Dr. Rothenberg for next summer. I highly recommend him to everyone. You couldn’t make a better choice!
