Most relevant
Hesitant to even consider the thought of seeking guidance. In all honesty I never felt I needed to. It wasn't pressuring and I wasn't forced into any line of questioning I wasn't already prepared to answer. Frankly just needed a point in the right direction. Seemed to alleviate some concerns on seeking a therapy session. Wasn't as bad as I thought. Will I do it again? Yep, two weeks from now. See if something sticks.
