Dental insurance was a problem with front desk at first. Lack of conversation regarding dental insurance and took a little too long with waiting for the hygienist also. You could fill the staff as well as the dentist waiting to leave for the day. Morning appointments might be better to schedule than afternoon appointments.

The wait was longer only because I booked last minute emergency appt, but the staff was kind and knowledgeable. The dentist and nurses had a warm bedside manner with excellent skill. The blend of modern care and traditional expertise made me feel confident. I’m thrilled I found this office and will be switching my entire family here. I came in with an aching wisdom tooth and left out with no pain / wisdom tooth.

I would never go back… went to get my teeth cleaned. Took tons of X-rays. Saw the dr before teeth cleaning. Started making all these plans for future visit. Then I was asked by staff to schedule my teeth cleaning appointment. Staff was nice.. however the only reason I went was to get my teeth cleaned and xrayed. Appt at 8 left at 9:30 with them trying to schedule my teeth cleaning. Dr is nice and knowledgeable. However I would never, ever return. Kinda felt scammed since I paid copay and then they wanted me to return for teeth to be cleaned. I’ve never had that done before.

The staff was great. They were aware of my uneasiness and did all they could to alleviate my tension. My only concern was that after the Dr. had examined me, she left. The hygienist was very thorough and professional. The dental assistant was a real jewel. Taking the time to explain and then to share the doctors plan with me. All in all it was as pleasant as a trip to the dentist can be.
