I have been seeing Etido for a while, generally without problems. However his office does not respond to emails, meaning if you encounter an issue filling your prescription you need to schedule another appointment to see him. I found this to be quite disappointing.

Great bedside manner , great listener, gave me some tough feedback in a way that would not make you feel judged or uncomfortable but rather informed! I didn't feel rushed on my appt and I have a follow up in a time frame I am comfortable with.

Etido is great! He is a great listener, a great communicator, and doesn't rush. He is compassionate and is also very knowledgeable about symptoms and medications needed. He is mostly available and is so helpful. We feel so comfortable speaking to him, and he makes us feel confident that he will help our situation. He is the best!

I liked Etido’s hands-on approach to check-ins when I start new meds. Previously I would start new psych meds and wait 4 weeks before I saw my provider again, but he recommended meeting after 2 weeks to monitor how I’m doing and whether to try a different med. As someone with depression and anxiety that severely affects my daily life, having a professional who ensures I find suitable meds as soon as possible is very refreshing and reassuring.
