Wednesday, 10/8/2025, it took me 3 hours to make an appointment with Dr. Emelumba. I had been his patient for a while. Last week, he began using Zoxdoc for his appointments. I made an appointment for 10/10/2025 at 11 am. I was in his waiting room by 10:58 am. I waited in his waiting room until noon. He never initiated the visit. I made another appointment for 10/11/2025 at 5 pm. I was in Dr. Emelumba's Zocdoc waiting room on time at 5 pm. As of 5:45, Dr. Emelumba never initiated the appointment. Again he was a no show! I have made other arrangements, I will find a new RELIABLE mental health practioner!
