Office staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Cochinwala was very nice. Explains everything clearly and listens to what I have to say. He was empathetic and kind.
First off my appointment was scheduled for 1:00pm and their office staff doesn’t get back from lunch until then so I could not get in office until after 1pm. I didn’t get brought back until 1:55pm, doctor then saw me at 2:10pm and only spent less than 5 minutes with me. He didn’t care what I had to say at all. He interrogated me instead of having concern for my pain. I explained my situation and He said well what did other doctors say and I told him how they couldn’t give me a diagnosis other than fibromyalgia and offer me ibuprofen. This doctors lack of empathy is horrible. I came to him for help and the fact that he didn’t care was rude. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone that is in desperate need of help! Also, the bathroom was gross when I went to use it. It had pee all over the seat and floor and I have pictures to prove it. Highly disappointed with having to waste my day off to get seen here! Only positive was the staff was very friendly. Other than that DO NOT GO HERE!
This was the worst experience! He spent literally 4 minutes in my exam room before deciding he wouldn't test for autoimmune issues. He never checked for swollen glands, looked at my ears, or in my mouth. He just wanted to know if I had any pain and how long I had it. He had me get routine labs and sent me for xrays. I drove two hours as I live in a rural area and gent completely defeated. This bedside manner was horrible as he wouldn't even give me the chance to speak. He spent the 4 minutes in the room scolding me for not haven't yet seen a neurologist. I tried to explain I lacked insurance at the time but it was to no avail! Do NOT come here if you are looking to be heard and are skinny answers

This doctor is all business and does not mess around! He is very direct, serious and dedicated to finding solutions, I finally feel like we will be getting some real answers related to my son's health. Be prepared to tell your health history, which meds you have taken, what happened, etc. He wants to know all the details, and will definitely ask, so be ready.

Dr. Office need to learn how to send prescriptions to pharmacy by electric, it's better the old school way. This way can save time for customer.

Dr Conchinwala is open and willing to help. He is frank and through with medical examination. He went over all my testing results on the spot and asked for the obvious ones no done by any other provider in the last 30 days since the onset of my problems. There is finally a light for me in a possible diagnosis from the test(s) he requested. The doctor’s office is very nice, well equipped, and new. The staff is nice and friendly. Blood work was done on site and results came back fast before a long holiday weekend. Zodoc scheduling works very fast with availability of this specialist doctor’s appointment next day from search day. Zodoc online paperwork prior to visit for this office was available and clear in font. I filled it out completely and prior to app to save time. The font came out too small at office.

My experience with this office was not satisfactory. I went twice--the first visit, Dr. Cochinwala ordered some blood tests and x-rays, and I was booked for an appointment three weeks later. I suffered every day between appointments, without answers or medicine. By the time I went back, I was starting to feel better, and the Doctor interpreted this as "the problem is solved" and I was sent on my way. No diagnosis, and he said, if this keeps happening, come back. It's unbelievable, to be 20 years old with arthritis and autoimmune symptoms, and not be able to get any help. I felt like these visits were a waste of time and money.

I don't think you can adequately.judge bedside manner in just 1 visit but I felt Dr. Cochinwala was attentive and thorough in his evaluation and I am hopeful he will be able to help me.
This is my first visit. My first experience is good. I do not have to wait a long time. Dr personality is very serious but he is knowledgeable. Right now I don't want to say much because lot of test results are inprocess. When I will get my treatment plan after the test results.I might be able to give more rating.
Completely professional, made me feel very comfortable and even gave me the name of an Optimologist to see as well. I love the convenience of all my providers being in the same bldg.!
