Greco Dermatology is proud to bring comprehensive dermatologic care to our Venice location. Our goal is to provide patients throughout Venice, South Venice, Venice Gardens, Wellen Park, North Port, and surrounding communities with convenient access to personalized medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
Lauren Helme, PA-C provides comprehensive dermatologic care at our Venice office with a focus on maintaining healthy skin while helping patients look and feel their best. Lauren takes a personalized approach to each patient, combining medical expertise with thoughtful, individualized treatment plans.
Medical Dermatology
Lauren evaluates and treats a wide range of common skin conditions and concerns, including:

Skin Cancer & Mohs Surgery
The Venice office is also home to Greco Dermatology's established Mohs Surgery Center, providing specialized treatment for biopsy-proven skin cancers.
Our medical director, Joseph F. Greco, M.D., is a double board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. Dr. Greco personally performs the surgical removal, microscopic examination, and reconstruction involved in Mohs surgery, providing continuity throughout the procedure.
Having medical dermatology and Mohs surgery available within the Greco Dermatology practice allows patients to move seamlessly from skin cancer detection and diagnosis to specialized surgical treatment when necessary.

Would give 20 stars if I could. Resolved a pyogenic granuloma same day with my younger son. Knew exactly how to handle it and my 9 year old felt incredibly comfortable which is saying a lot considering they were cutting something off of him. Wonderful job and highly recommend!

Hands down best experience I've had with a Doctor.
I was a bit nervous going in.
Medical offices make me very nervous. Dr. Grecco and the staff were extremely polite, professional and accommodating kept me informed and comfortable.
This was my first appointment with him and as long as I live in Florida he will be my only dermatologist.
