Went in gave them my INS card, was filling out the tablet with information when that call me up to front desk. Sorry we don't accept your insurance. What? We discussed this before appt. Turns out I needed a gold star on my card? Complete waste of time, did not ask me when booking appt. I'm very disappointed and a tad upset. Learn to ask correct questions when new patients call in. Also had to inform my provider because they did not know they no longer take mine. Be sure you ask deep inquiries, an take name of who you spoke to date/ time. Now I'm back to square one, an still worried ALOT about my pitcular issue.

This was my first time seeing Megan and she was awesome. She was very knowledgeable, she explained what was going on and gave me some choices in my plan of care. She was kind and had sympathy for my pain. She brought up the fact that I am due for a full-body assessment for skin cancer and we scheduled it for next month when I return for a follow-up. Seriously Amazing! An issue with a spot on my face was very concerning for me. She took one look and was like no problem!! She zapped it.. I was leary... but 5 days later... totally gone!!!! Amazing!!! Shes wonderful!!!

I am very pleased with my “first visit” experience at Grekin Skin Institute, on Eureka Road in Wyandotte, Michigan. I met PA Megan Kehrig. She very professionally gave me a consultation that was superior to what I had become used to from the previous Doctor of Dermatology I used to go to up in Oakland County. If you’re in Detroit’s Downriver area, Advanced Dermatology is the way to go.

Dr. Kehrig was awesome. After going to a different dermatology office, I was feeling very discouraged and wasn't happy with my treatment plan. Dr. Kehrig took the time to sit down, listen to my medical history, and come up with a treatment plan we both agreed on. Her instructions were very clear, and she even took the time to write them down for me.

The office was very clean. Dr. Jeremy was very very nice, explained everything in detail. Only problem I had was when I called I was told they took my insurance. I went to my first appt no problem. When I went for my second appt they said oh they don’t take my insurance. They did not call me to tell me this before I went to my appt. I am disappointed on how it was handled.
